Return and Exchange Policy

All products purchased from Yamani.pk can be exchanged within 7 days only if

THE ITEM(S) IS FAULTY, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to care@yamani.pk and calling at +92-308-6661331 and WhatsApp us at +92-308-6661331, to proceed with exchange or return process.

Replacement on domestic orders will be sent once the defected/faulty/damaged item is received by Yamani.

Products/items purchased online can only be exchanged through online, if you notify us through the mediums mentioned above within 7 days. Yamani Fabrics has the authority to refuse any exchanges if the return process is not followed by the customer.

There are some cases where Yamani Fabrics will not accept any returns & exchanges. Such cases include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Sale items
  2. Product is damaged because of use
  3. Product has been tampered
  4. Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
  5. Exchange or return request is made outside the specified time frame (after 7 days)

Yamani Fabrics does not offer any “refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items, except in-case of prepayments where the items are Sold-out or contain any manufacturing defects.

In-case of refund, your payment will be credited directly in your account/credit/debit card within 10 days once the item is returned.

Yamani Fabrics reserves the right to change their “Exchange and Return” policy, without any prior notification.
